It is the client responsibility to ensure the correct information is entered when placing an order.

DEFINITION OF MISUSE
All images are covered by a license for use. Copyright is retained by the Company. Images may only be used as outlined in the licensing agreement selected. Please contact us for any use not covered by a licensing agreement.

FEES & COSTS
All licensing, production and delivery costs must be paid to confirm an order. All prices listed are in NZD. All payments are handled by third party suppliers (Paypal, Stripe).

PRIVACY POLICY
We may collect personal information from you, including information about your: name, contact information, and billing or purchase information. We collect your personal information in order to: bill and dispatch orders. Besides our staff, we may share this information with: suppliers in order to dispatch goods directly to the purchaser. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. RETURNS POLICY
We are unable to provide returns or refunds for purchases, unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Client will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fee and costs) arising out of or as a result from use of the photos by client, except in the event that any claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, or expenses arose out of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or bad faith by the Company.
